Given Canada's recent entry to the Horizon Europe framework (see https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/IP_23_5952), user groups in Canada will also be allowed to participate as user group leaders in any future TA projects within ERIES, meaning that they are added to the "eligible countries" category.
